For racers that do not have computerized scales that calculate weight bias and cross-weight percentages, CrossCalc can give you simple values based on the four at-wheel weights you enter. While it doesn’t provide scientific precision, CrossCalc can give you weight distribution percentages to a tenth of a percent.
After four valid weights have been entered, pressing the calculate button will display the following information:
- Cross weight percentage
- Total weight
- Front weight percentage
- Rear weight percentage
- Left weight percentage
- Right weight percentage
- Up to the three previous values for corner weights, total weight, and cross percentage
A means of obtaining the four initial weights (scales) is required. CrossCalc only calculates percentages based on the values entered.

Instructions
- Tap a grey box to enter the weight at each corresponding wheel. The white box indicates current focus.
- Left front (LF)
- Right front (RF)
- Left rear (LR)
- Right rear (RR)
- Press the green “Calculate” button in the lower right corner.
- If the button is greyed-out, check the following:

- The results will be displayed in the larger, white text.
- One or more boxed values can be changed and recalculated.
