Movie Lookup is a simple demonstration app where the user can search for a movie by title. The results (if any) will be displayed for the user to select from. The plot summary, runtime, rating, etc. will then be shown for the selected movie.
Instructions
At the prompt, enter the title (or partial title) of the movie you’re searching for.
Press the “Lookup Movie” button.
Select desired movie from the list of search results.
Information and a summary will be displayed.
Press the Back Arrow at the top-left of the screen to go back to the list if another search is needed.
FAQ
Q – Can’t I get the same information from the internet?
A – Yep.
Q – Why would I use this?
A – For fun.
Q – Can I search for a movie using genre, or an actor’s name etc.?
A – No. Currently, the API only supports searching by title.
